Smart Tech On Demand aims to provide the best possible customer experience before, during, and after each appointment. We offer a 30-day guarantee on all in-home services booked with Smart Tech On Demand. We do follow-ups with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services and aim to guarantee peace of mind.  Below, we’ve outlined coverage and exclusions.


MEMBERSHIP GUARANTEES




Smart Tech+ ESSENTIAL MEMBERSHIP


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 90 day guarantee on all Smart Tech On Demand services booked as a member
  • 10% discount applied to all services
  • First Priority to member perks and specials


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pre-existing conditions or post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, water damage, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if a pipe bursts and damages the same wall, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Repairs to products or devices that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service.


Smart Tech+ STANDARD MEMBERSHIP


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 180 day guarantee on all Smart Tech On Demand services booked as a member
  • 15% discount applied off all services
  • Priority booking
  • First priority to member perks and specials
  • 1 free annual technology checkup (valued at $99)


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pre-existing conditions or post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, water damage, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if a pipe bursts and damages the same wall, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Repairs to products or devices that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service.


Smart Tech+ PRO MEMBERSHIP

  • 365 day guarantee on all Smart Tech On Demand services booked as a member
  • 20% discount applied to all services
  • Top priority booking
  • Exclusive member perks and specials
  • 2 free annual technology checkups (valued at $198)
  • 2 service calls waived annually (valued at $149)


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pre-existing conditions or post-appointment damages unrelated to the original job, caused by mishandling, water damage, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if a pipe bursts and damages the same wall, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Repairs to products or devices that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service.

SERVICE GUARANTEES




TV MOUNTING

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 30-day guarantee on labor and parts used for the original service. For example, if a Smart Tech On Demand-provided bracket is faulty, we will reinstall the TV with a new mount and fix any damage up to $200, at no cost to you.


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Any damage to the TV, unrelated to the original installation, caused by mishandling, and or manufacturing defects.
  • Bracket, full-motion mishandling, and TV placement modifications done by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician.



SMART HOME 


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 30-day guarantee on all smart home installation services.


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, water damage, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if a pipe bursts and damages the same wall a smart home device is mounted on, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Repairs that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service. 




COMPUTER SUPPORT


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 30-day guarantee on labor for the original service. 



WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pre-existing conditions or post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, liquid damage, software related defects, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if the device comes into contact with another object and the screen is damaged, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Loss of data: please back up your device prior to your appointment.
  • Devices that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service.




MOBILE & TABLET


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 30-day guarantee on labor for the original service. 



WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pre-existing conditions or post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, liquid damage, software related defects, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if the device comes into contact with another object and the screen is damaged, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Loss of data: please back up your device prior to your appointment.
  • Devices that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service.




WIFI & NETWORK


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 30-day guarantee on labor for the original service. 
  • If a device that was installed by a Smart Tech On Demand technician goes faulty, we will replace at no additional costs.



WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pre-existing conditions or post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, liquid damage, software related defects, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if the device comes into contact with another object and the screen is damaged, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Loss of data: please back up your device prior to your appointment.
  • Devices that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service.




HOME & OFFICE


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 30-day guarantee on labor for the original service. 



WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pre-existing conditions or post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, liquid damage, software related defects, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if the device comes into contact with another object and the screen is damaged, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Loss of data: please back up your device prior to your appointment.
  • Devices that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service.




AUDIO/VISUAL


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 30-day guarantee on all audio and video device installation services


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Post-appointment damages unrelated to the original repair, caused by mishandling, water damage, or any other unrelated issues. For example, if a pipe bursts and damages the same wall a smart home device is mounted to, the guarantee does not apply.
  • Repairs that are repaired or modified by anyone other than a Smart Tech On Demand technician prior to or after our service. 



THE GUARANTEES ARE VALID EXCLUSIVELY TO THE CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED THE SERVICE AND WHOSE NAME IS ON THE WORK ORDER/INVOICE. THESE GUARANTEES WILL NOT BE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL OR BUSINESS.


Extended Guarantee Plans




180 DAYS GUARANTEE EXTENSION PACKAGE

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • Guarantee is extended from 30 days to 180 days.
  • Guarantee on labor and parts used during the original service up to 180 days. For example, if the water inlet valve on the washer later appears to be defective, we will replace the part at no cost.


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Subsequent damage or mishandling to the device, or, unrelated to the original service.
  • Repairs and tune-ups recommended as needed by Smart Tech On Demand, but not serviced (customer opts out), as noted during the original diagnostic.
  • Damage due to lack of care and consistent maintenance




365 DAYS GUARANTEE EXTENSION PACKAGE


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • Guarantee is extended from 30 days to 365 days.
  • Guarantee on labor and parts used during the original service up to 365 days. For example, if the water inlet valve on the washer later appears to be defective, we will replace the part at no cost.


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • Subsequent damage or mishandling to the home appliance, unrelated to the original service.
  • Repairs and tune-ups recommended as needed by Smart Tech On Demand, but not serviced (customer opts out), as noted during the original diagnostic.
  • Damage due to lack of care and consistent maintenance


Please be advised that a $75 service fee will apply to any job where our technicians have to come out to a property after the original 30-day warranty on the service has expired.
