Absolutely! All TV mounting jobs come with a 30-day, customer satisfaction guarantee.
If you already purchased a TV mount, that’s great. As long as you have the right TV mount for your TV's size and weight, our techs will be able to take care of mounting your TV.
Smart Tech On Demand offers a variety of TV mounts. We offer flat-panel TV mounts, Full-Motion/Articulating Mounts, Tilting Mounts, Ceiling mounts, and Fireplace mounts.
We can mount TVs on drywall/sheetrock walls, brick walls, and concrete walls.
If you have stucco and lathe walls, we will verify the location of your studs to ensure the TV is mounted correctly.
We can mount TVs ranging in sizes from 20 inches, to 100 inches. Although the bigger the TV, there would need to be special precautions taken to ensure the TV stays secure on the wall. Some of those precautions include doubling the stud in the wall or building a brace with studs for the TV.
We offer TV setup, wireless and wired setup for TVs, full mounting of home theater systems, and wiring of home theater systems.
A smart home is a connected home that integrates technology, security, and home automated devices into the everyday tasks you do with your home.
Some of the devices that are commonly controlled in a smart home are lighting, climate control, entertainment, security devices, and cameras.
A home automation install can vary depending on the number of devices you’re getting installed along with the complexity of the devices being setup. Usually it can take between one to two hours.
In some instances, we will have to drill holes in your walls to install some devices. For most devices, the only holes that are drilled are to securely mount a device to a wall.
Home automation is well worth it, especially if you’re looking for security, financial savings, peace of mind and comfort.
A home security system is a group of electronic components that work together to protect your home. A basic system includes a control panel/keypad (which is the primary controller of a home’s security system), door/window sensors, motion sensors (both interior and exterior), and wired or wireless security cameras.
Most cameras cannot rotate, so we focus on the locations that matter most. For example, the front of your home, backyard, side doors, off-street windows, driveways, common areas, and stairways.
There are PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras on the market that can give you the ability to view more and give you more functionalities.
Yes. You can monitor your security cameras and security system on your cell phone via an app or on the web via a secure link. Lots of security systems on the market today are monitored with cell cards and over wifi, similar to your cell phone.
There isn’t one set fee. Home security costs can range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars after all equipment, installation, and monitoring fees are accounted for. It all depends on the brand of the home security system, the types of devices you decide to get installed, and the rates to get those devices installed.
Our network/wifi connectivity support includes our techs troubleshooting your slow wifi, device connectivity issues, and also building out a system to help ensure good connectivity throughout your home or business.
Some of the products used are wifi extenders, hard-wiring ethernet cables from your modem to the devices, and network switches.
Our techs can perform wifi and speed tests and determine if your ISP (internet service provider) needs to be contacted to boost your speed or if you may need a secure connection established to help with slowdowns.
