SERVICE POLICIES

We understand that schedules can change on short notice as do our customers' needs. We try to be as flexible as possible, but this can cause our technicians to lose valuable jobs. We often pay our technicians for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with short notice, so we appreciate your understanding. Fees apply to all services.

Cancellation Policy


You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge.


A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations within 48 hours of a confirmed appointment.


If an appointment is scheduled and our technicians are onsite and there is a no call/no show, we reserve the right to charge you an additional $50 for the no call/no show, which will total $100 for a no call/no show appointment.


If you like to schedule an appointment with us again, you will be required to pay for the appointment in full, prior to our technicians being onsite at your property for your appointment.

Rescheduling



You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge.


A $50 service fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time.
